FlatOut Friday Details
Pageland Dragway presents "Flat-Out-Friday" each and every Friday night. We have 2 exciting new classes racing on Friday nights under the lights. These classes are for street legal vehicles both cars and motorcycles. Time Trials (Test N’ Tune) Run during open time trials, during and after S/ST & X/M eliminations. Super Street “S/ST” “It’s like Pinks, only drivers are spotted time, not car lengths” (and you get to keep your car!) The first hour and a half of test'n'tune are open qualifying for Super Street. In eliminations, cars are handicapped based on their dial-in and will use the same .500 Full Tree that you use in Test'n'Tune, so if you're just testing, give it a try! There's no extra fee, and you can go right back to Test'n'Tune when you're done with S/ST eliminations! Example: Your dial-in time is 8.50. Your opponent's dial-in time was 9.00. Your opponent will get a half-second head start, and you chase him/her down! If you run quicker than 8.50, or he/she runs quicker than 9.00 he/she breaks-out and looses. If both break-out the one breaking-out the least wins. Format: .500 Full Tree, Handicapped start, cars are dialed in. Rules: Tag (No dealer tags), insurance, working head lights, taillights, turn signals, full exhaust: no baffles or inserts for mufflers. Slicks OK. Payouts/Awards Win: Trophy and “Win” decal. SPECIAL PROGRAMS
POINTS CHASE - Track points for all competitors and award championship jacket to each class champ at season’s end. 100 MPH Club (Post ‘leaderboard’ on web & at concession stand. Decals/license plate to qualify. Bring qualifying timeslip to tower!) Cars and bikes must be all street legal! Licensed, inspected, DOT tires, and through the mufflers!
